This week, Reuters News Agency released an article about SteamJet Space Systems' "TunaCan thruster", based around a video interview with the CEO speaking at a space conference in London.

Sound Motive’s animation for the product featured prominently in the article, both in the physical background of the interview and as B-roll directly in the video itself.

"It is so much easier to explain what we do with that video on the background"

The full video interview titled “Could a tiny ‘kettle’ herald a new age of steam in space?” can be watched on Reuters online.

The animation was originally for inclusion in a presentation to an investment panel. It supported a live pitch for SteamJet’s satellite propulsion technology and now it proves its versatility yet again.

From slide decks to digital channels to exhibitions and now a news article, this animation continues to deliver a strong return on investment for SteamJet Space Systems.

We are happy to see that 5 years on from creation, Sound Motive’s animation refuses to run out of steam, still providing value for our client.
