Reaching out to staff during the Covid-19 lockdown.
Businesses face a very difficult situation. Not just adapting to Covid-19 operationally but if and how to share what they are doing about it. One of our engineering clients, Lucy Electric, faced this dilemma but chose to be open in their approach to employees. Going beyond a statement in the post or by email they released a video message from the CEO providing reassurance to their global workforce.
The benefits of using voice-overs in promotional videos and animation
You may not need a voice-over if you are producing a hero video for a webpage or a music-driven showreel. However, if you are demonstrating a product, showing something technical or explaining a concept, it’s important to consider audio narration.
We started pre-production this week with hot start-up Protolaunch. They're developing propulsion systems designed specifically for micro launchers that are powerful, reliable, and cost-efficient.
We're fired up about shooting their promo video next week.
We are excited to be joining the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus with our exhibitor stand during the Connect Harwell Virtual Marketplace event on Wednesday, 9 December.
Lacuna Space is making the most of their animated video
Earlier this year we were commissioned to produce an animation for Lacuna Space that they included in their keynote speech and on their exhibition stand at The Things Conference in Amsterdam.
Coronavirus (Covid-19) impacts everyone around the world and our thoughts are with those who have been adversley affected. We hope you are safe and taking care while keeping calm and staying positive. The purpose of this statement is to reassure customers and prospects that we remain open for business while being responsible towards the safety of our clients and crew in our working practices.
Lacuna Space were exhibiting and speaking at the Things Conference 2020. Their stand and keynote presentations were supported by an animated explainer video from Sound-Motive that helped 'close the gap' in the viewer's knowledge of how LPWAN and Satellite technology can improve global connectivity.
This week we were back at Oxford Space Systems filming for their next generation of exciting deployable space structures. We can't say much about their technology at this stage as it is in development but the shoot itself was very interesting.
