WR AEROKIT PROMO VIDEO

Produce a dynamic 2-minute promotional video announcing Wirth Research's AeroKit™ launched in collaboration with Eddie Stobart for a trade show at the NEC.

Wirth Research uses cutting-edge CFD technology run on a supercomputer by a team of talented design engineers to meet aerodynamic challenges in Motorsport. As the company has grown, its Computational Fluid Dynamics technology has been employed to meet challenges in new sectors such as commercial vehicles. We wrote a narrative that takes the viewer on a journey showing how the company's heritage in motorsport has now been applied to the ultimate vehicular challenge - HGVs. We filmed staff at work in their offices and the AeroKit™ hardware being put through its paces during rigorous testing at the famous Millbrook facility in Milton Keynes. This was weaved together with archive footage, 3D computer Generated Imagery, timelapse photography, bespoke motion graphics and edited to an original soundtrack - composed exclusively for this short film.

The first version of the film, designed for exhibition use, played continuously on a large screen on the Wirth Research stand at The Commercial Vehicle Show 2015.

UPDATE: After the show, a second version was commissioned to repurpose the film for the company's website
