Wishing you a Cosmic Christmas!
Sound Motive made this animated 'e-Card' to send you our wishes for a wonderful Christmas.
It was inspired by the Tintin comic "Explorers on the moon" (1954) which features a rocket in red and white which are typically festive colours.
The black space background suggested winter darkness and we noticed that the stars could be interpreted as snow. As it falls the powder rises, providing a banner for our logo, which uses a similar colour palette.
We kept the illustration flat, simple and iconic so the animation could loop and be bold on social media.
Sound Motive are taking a break for the festive period from December 24th to January 1st 2025 (inclusive).
We will be back on January 2nd.
